Orders are processed quickly to ensure you receive your product without unnecessary delays. Purchases made before 3 pm ET (Monday through Friday) are typically shipped the same business day. Orders placed after this time, or on weekends and holidays, are shipped the next available business day. If any item in your order is temporarily out of stock, we will hold the order until it can be shipped in full, so you can receive everything in one package.
Yes. To ensure a smooth and eco-friendly delivery process, we ship all items from your order together in a single package whenever possible. The only exception is larger items—such as supportive pillows or accessories—which may ship separately for safety and efficiency. This helps reduce shipping waste and ensures your products arrive in the best condition.
We offer complimentary shipping within the continental United States, and all orders are packaged discreetly for your privacy. At this time, we do not ship internationally, but we are actively working to expand our service. Customers outside of the U.S. can sign up for updates as we roll out new delivery regions.
